Many years ago my brother traveled to Myrtle Beach with six other golf buddies on a package deal including dinners. After dinner, I get a telephone call from our waiter complaining about his tip. I think he got my name from my credit card. I immediately called the hotel management and told her the situation. She later called me back saying the waiter had been fired. Moments later the waiter called and stated, "watch your back" and hung up. In the morning, preparing for our next round I told my brother that we should get my van. My brother, remembering the call from the waiter the night before said, "I will just wait over here while you start it." Obviously nothing happen or I wouldn't be writing this story. The golf trip to MB was great and the "drama" became a "funny" experience.

In April of 2001 my two sons and I had a golf trip to Myrtle beach that I have on 9 hrs of cds.I was 63 and they were 37 and 33 we stayed at the magnificent Hurl Rock.Now days I can watch really bad golf and all the sites and wish we could do it again.

Myrtle Beach is a most every year for the last three years my friend and I we come to play golf for a week.We stayed at the SEASIDE,the PRINCE,the SEASIDE for a second time and this year in April we will be back probably to play THE LEGENDS that is our goal,we bought our plane tickets from DIRECTAIR already. Every time we play different golfs courses this is why with all the golfs courses I will need a knew GOLF BAG I hope. If not we WILL BE BACK AGAIN. Thank you .

We have have a group of 18 to 20 guys that comes to Myrtle Beach every March and stays about 6 days. My golf buddy and myself always tie a package in front or behind this annual trek. There are loads of funny stories and adventures that we have had. One of them is as follows: While playing King's North my golf buddy was having a really rough day from the tee's. If there was water he managed to hit it. I beleive that we were completing the round and were on the 18th tee. Well my buddy made the comment that he would not have to worry about the water from the the tee because it was behind us on the left. Well you can probably quess the outcome of that comment.To elaborate he teed the ball up and let went for it. It turned out to be a low worm burner that hit a sign 30 yards in front of the tee box took one great bound backwards and ended up in the water. All we could do was laugh together and finish the hole. But it is one of the funniest memories that we share. There are others but we will save those for another time!!!! We will see everyone next March and I know we will have more funny times, great memories and funny experiences to cherish with our group.
